Rule #1 - JFB TOS
Follow the Jcink Forum Boards ToS (http://ipbservice.jcink.com/?p=terms), mainly the following however other areas of the ToS still apply:

"The following content is NOT allowed to be uploaded, posted, or linked to on the forum:

Hate, threats, harassment, violence, racial intolerance, or advocate against any individual,
group, or organization
Hacking/Exploits/cracking content
Illicit drugs and drug paraphernalia
Pornography, Hentai, Child Pornography, adult, or mature content
Gambling or casino-related content
Any other content that promotes, or is illegal activity, or infringes on the legal rights of others
Terroristic Activities
"Warez" software.
Any infringement of copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret or other intellectual property right
Any code, malicious script, or command which removes or moves our advertisements! This is grounds for immediate termination."

Rule #2 - Organization
· Post content in the forum it belongs in. Spam belongs in the spam forum, games belong in the gaming forum, and stuff like that.
· Outside of the spam forum, topic titles must describe what a thread is about. If a thread is about the NGage, call it "NGage thread" or something similar. Don't call it something like "taco thread" or "wow".
· Outside of the spam forum, threads must remain on topic with the original post. Don't go off on a tangent insulting a member, a console, or anything that has little to do with what's being discussed. If it's about the NGage, keep it about the ngage. If it's about Batman: Arkham Asylum, don't turn it into a console war thread. If it's about Team Fortress 2, posts about Neo's weight are not acceptable.
· Outside of the spam forum, there must be one thread per topic. Search before posting a new thread!

The basic idea behind this rule is so that people know what they're getting when they open a thread. If you want to discuss something, create a thread for it, don't derail a thread to make it about what you want to discuss.

Rule #3 - Accounts
· Unless you get permission from one of the staff members to use and/or create multiple accounts, you can only use and/or create one account. If the staff limit what you can do with an extra account, you are only allowed to do what they say you can do with that account. Otherwise, extra accounts will be banned or deleted and action will be taken against you.
· Your account is your responsibility. You must take care of your account and what happens in it is attributed to you. Keep a secure password and don't let other people in your account.
· · If you feel like your account has been cracked send Kesha an email explaining what happened with the email you registered your account with.
· Staff can only delete accounts if a member has asked them to. Members may ask for their account to be banned, suspended, or deleted at any time for whatever amount of time they wish. (remember, deletion is always permanent!)

Rule #4 - Respect
· Don't insult/harass other members. If they report that you're doing this to them, you will be in trouble!
· Don't consistently insult/harass other members- if the staff feel as though you are constantly harassing our members, you will be in trouble regardless of what the member(s) you are harassing feel.
· If a member asks you to stop posting something that is about them, their life, or anything like that, you must stop posting it.

Rule #5 - Content restrictions
· Do no use malicious code with the [dohtml] tag. Whather or not something is malicious is to be decided by the staff. In general, avoid doing crazy stuff with code outside of the spam forum!

Usernames
· You can freely change your name in the shop, located here.
· Your username should not contain malicious or profane content. Violations will result in your name being changed back to whatever it was before, and continued violations will result in a warn or ban.
· If you register with a name that violates this, your name will be changed to one of the staff's choosing.
